Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Structures terms and negotiates definitive agreements to secure product rightsDrives the deal process from first contact with potential clients to execution of agreementsIdentifies new opportunities to support Gilead’s businesses (companies, technologies, services, tools, assets, candidates, products)Partner with therapeutic area leads and other key personnel to define and execute strategies for acquiring/licensing external assetsCoordinates the evaluation and diligence of new opportunities across multiple functional areas including Research, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, Intellectual Property and other groupsIndependently and in collaboration with internal groups, works to provide detailed economic analyses of new opportunities (e.g., market research, business intelligence, competitive analysis, development pl...
