• Partner with Data Owners and Stewards to define and map SPS’s critical data needs, shaping the data that will support both current operations and future transformation efforts.
• Lead the development of the SPS Data Reference Model (DRM), enabling a common language and standards for critical SPS data and ensuring clarity, consistency, and proper data usage across SPS.
• Translate data needs into SPS data architecture strategies, driving data migration and integration with future MHA-wide enterprise platforms. Unlock opportunities to enhance SPS operations with data and enable data sharing that supports Whole-of-Government (WOG) objectives.
