As Executive, Customer Ops & Admin, you will provide strategic and administrative support to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making, seamless operations, and optimal time utilization. Acts as a trusted partner to the executive, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and business objectives are supported.
**Note: this is a 1 year direct contract role
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management (Primary Focus - 70%)
• Manage daily calendars for 3 partners, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
• Prepare meeting agendas and basic daily briefs to support executives
• Coordinate meeting logistics including room bookings, virtual meeting setups, and basic materials preparation
• Maintain accurate calendar records and follow up on scheduling conflicts
Administrative Support (20%)
