Executive Coordinator

The Executive Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director to keep projects, communications, fundraising activities, and organizational priorities moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and interested in supporting meaningful community, environmental, and trail‑based work.

The successful candidate will provide coordination and administrative support across a wide range of activities, including fundraising, donor communications, grant tracking, event coordination, partner engagement, office administration, scheduling, and project follow‑up.
