Executive - Community Engagement & Activation (TOUCH Young Arrows) - 6 Months

TOUCH Young Arrows (TYA) is a non‑profit programme led by a committed team of volunteer mentors who conduct weekly Saturday programmes to meet children and youth's social, emotional, and educational needs, and to fulfil their potential. There are 24 TYA clubs in Singapore serving over 500 children and youth aged 5‑14 years old from low‑income and/ or single‑parent families.

As part of the Community Engagement team, you will make TYA an innovative and sustainable model of improving the social mobility of young persons in Singapore. You will oversee programmes for children from disadvantaged families, and manage volunteers & partners, to ensure effective frontline & educational support in each local community.

This is a 6 months position from July - December 2026.
