Executive - Community Care

Role & Responsibilities

The Executive - Community Care plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive active ageing services to seniors in the community. This position combines broad operational support (70%) with specialized functional expertise (30%) aligned with the AIC Community Care Skills Standards Framework (CCSSF) for Active Ageing Centres.

Each Executive - Community Care will be assigned a specialist focus area based on organizational needs and individual strengths, while maintaining flexibility to support centre-wide operations and team members during high-demand periods.
