You will leverage your experience within the federal public service to guide decision-making, strengthen partnerships, and deliver impactful outcomes.
About You
- 1+ years of Leadership/coaching experience within the Federal Public Service
- Experience working with Senior Executives, including C‑suite employees at the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) level
- ICF Coaching Certificate is an asset
- Reliability Clearance
- Proficient in both English and French
