We at ABC Hotels are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates.
We are offering an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Oversee all culinary operations of the hotel kitchen.
- Lead the kitchen staff and create innovative menus that exceed guest expectations and align with current culinary trends.
- Manage budgets, order food supplies, and control costs.
- Train and develop staff; ensure high standards of food quality and service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the kitchen.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
