We are looking for a visionary and experienced Executive Chef for METT Barcelona Hotel (Carretera de Vallvidrera al Tibidabo 83–93) to lead and elevate the hotel’s entire gastronomic proposition across its distinctive F&B venues.
F&B Venues
- Albarada Restaurant – contemporary Mediterranean dining concept rooted in local Catalan identity, focusing on seasonal ingredients and refined execution.
- Florida Lounge by Lladró – elegant all-day lounge offering light fare in a sophisticated social setting.
- Pool Club – lifestyle-driven outlet combining relaxed dining with panoramic views and a luxury leisure atmosphere.
- Breakfast, in-room dining, and banqueting/events operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary vision, strategy, and execution across all F&B outlets, ensuring a cohesive and elevated gastronomic identity.
