About the Role
The Executive Briefing Center Operations & Guest Experience Specialist will help run the operational backbone of CrowdStrike’s Barcelona Executive Briefing Center (EBC). Reporting to the EBC Manager, this role owns the operational and guest experience details that help every in-person briefing run smoothly, consistently, and to CrowdStrike’s high standards.
Responsibilities
- Own briefing operations and guest experience.
- Own the operational execution plan for in-person briefings at the Barcelona EBC, ensuring logistics, hospitality, room readiness, and guest experience are aligned to each briefing’s objectives.
- Serve as the operational hub between Briefing Program Managers, Sales, Facilities, AV/IT, Security, Workplace, and external vendors.
- Help ensure customers, account teams, executives, and discussion leaders experience a polished, calm, and seamless onsite environment.
