Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit correspondence, letters, Memos, and Reports
- Maintaining and Performing General Office administration duties
- Provide full secretarial support to the Senior Management such as, handling/Manage Domestic & International travel arrangements, sorting visas, Booking the Hotels & Restaurants and processing expense claims etc
- Manage & Coordinate the Calendars and schedule the business appointments
- Maintain the minutes of the meetings
- Liaise with clients and business guests
- Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
- Establish and Maintain files and records
- Organizing events and conferences
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to follow up on invoices, collections, and reconciliation
