Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel bookings, visas (if required), and logistics
- Prepare and submit expense claims and reimbursements
- Track invoices, purchase orders, and administrative approvals
- Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments across time zones
- Support Onboarding/offboarding administration for team members
- Support in Project Coordination and Organizing internal and external meetings and leadership forums
- Support in Preparing agendas, take minutes and actions, and distribute action lists
- Manage sensitive information and confidentiality with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles preferably in Cybersecurity.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
