Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the President in liaising with business clients and strategic partners
- Coordinate and follow up on major company projects, execution progress, and reporting
- Manage meeting arrangements, schedules, business appointments, and corporate events for the President
- Support communication and coordination with government agencies, associations, and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting minutes, organize project documentation, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation
- Perform other duties and special assignments assigned by the President
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese
