Executive Assistant to Founder We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and trustworthy Executive Assistant to work closely with a Founder, Creator and public personality building in the women’s wellness, content and brand ecosystem. This is a unique role for someone who can bring structure, calm, follow-through and operational support to a fast-moving creative and entrepreneurial environment. The role will begin with calendar management, scheduling, coordination, follow-ups and day-to-day operational support. Over time, as trust and capability are built, the role may grow into a deeper Creator Operations position involving shoot coordination, brand deliverable tracking, campaign support, payment follow-ups, internal coordination and high-trust executive support.
