Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Director, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. The role will act as the primary coordination point between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, timely execution of priorities, and adherence to corporate governance and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international). Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items. Prepare presentations, reports, business correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (Mo M), and executive summaries.
