This dynamic position requires an energetic, confident, resourceful, adaptable, and innovative individual who can think independently. You will be at the center of a busy executive function, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing complex diaries and travel arrangements, preparing board-level documents and presentations, coordinating events and conferences, and serving as a trusted gatekeeper for the CEO. Ideal Candidate - 5+ years of experience at the C-Suite level - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management **Note:** This position requires on-site work five days a week.
