What You'll Do:

  • Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to, formatting letters, memos and reports for the assigned teams
  • Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external and internal partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Compile and process major reports incorporating information from a variety of sources
  • Respond to, on behalf of the manager, straightforward correspondence, queries and enquiries within established guidelines
  • Arrange on request appointments, visits and travel arrangements for the department managers, members and overseas visitors so their time used effectively
  • Coordinate arrangements for a variety of meetings, internally and externally, assembling appropriate material, as required, to ensure the smooth running of these meetings
