We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back‑office services on behalf of our global clients. The Personal Assistant role supports the Chief Executive Officer and is an integral part of the business and the remote team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the daily diary, emails, and Office365 CRM – Microsoft Dynamics: update records, generate reports, create workflows and conduct research.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Ensure procedures are adhered to and perform quality checks on information.
- Coordinate workload across functional areas.
- Assist in sales activities, including writing letters.
