Executive Assistant, President’s Office
Partner with the President & Founder to advance our purpose‑driven mission, providing high‑level executive, governance, and strategic support. This role enables effective decision‑making, supports the Board of Directors and its committees, and strengthens alignment between governance and organisational strategy. It also anticipates needs, advances priorities, and coordinates cross‑organisational collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage agendas, materials and action items for the Board and its committees.
- Coordinate governance processes and ensure smooth functioning of board meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the President, including diary management, correspondence and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations and reports for varied audiences.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanour in all interactions.
