This role requires autonomy, sound judgment in handling operational decisions, and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, clients, and external stakeholders. While the position does not have direct people management responsibility, it significantly influences key processes and provides strategic support to Executive Leadership.

- Regularly works with some confidential data of major importance where disclosure may be detrimental to the company’s interest
- Regular contacts with other divisions and intra-divisional requiring tact to assure a high level of cooperation with some outside contacts
