Role Overview
The Executive Assistant provides administrative, coordination, and information-gathering support to the President. This role focuses on meeting logistics, calendar management, executive documentation, presentation preparation, and supporting leadership with data and materials required for decision-making.
This is a mid-level Executive Assistant role. The focus is on execution, organization, and follow-through rather than independent executive judgment or strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Coordination
- Manage the President’s calendar for executive meetings, off-site sessions, and internal reviews
- Coordinate meeting logistics including room bookings, catering/lunches, and meeting materials
- Ensure meetings are scheduled with clear agendas and appropriate preparation
