**Executive Assistant - On site**
**About the role**
You will require Microsoft Office master, schedule management experience, excellent communication skills, written and spoken, competence to work closely with other departments and some basic finance or bookkeeping experience.
**General Duties**
- Management of complex frequently changing Executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Managing, coordinating, and arranging travel and travel-related activities for the executive team.
- Must be able to schedule across multiple calendars.
- Manage daily expenses and prepare weekly reports.
- Organize and execute catering for meetings, off-sites, and team social events.
- Representing the company in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work 7:00 am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
- Advanced English.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
