The ideal candidate should be capable of representing the CEO professionally in meetings and interactions with internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and strong communication skills. They should also be able to drive follow-through on action items, coordinate across teams, and help ensure business priorities continue moving forward
