Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure that the CEO’s orders and directives are communicated clearly and followed through across all departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to track progress and ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Assist the CEO during daily floor visits by taking notes, following up on action items, and ensuring that issues are addressed promptly.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage communication and act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
