Job Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to a senior leader, ensuring effective calendar management, smooth coordination of meetings and events, timely communication, and strong follow‑through on priorities and projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones.
- Prioritize meetings and commitments based on strategic importance.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate time needed for preparation and follow‑up.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings (virtual and in‑person), town halls, and offsites, global and regional visits.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, and briefing documents.
- Capture and track action items and ensure follow‑through.
