Role Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders within CPP Investments, including managing calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, travel, correspondence, and departmental initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provides general administrative support to the Managing Director(s) and to the wider team.
- Books and supports complex global travel arrangements, itineraries, or other related duties.
- Prepares Executive and Department-level documents and ensures submissions are delivered on a timely basis with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactively manages multiple calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, room bookings and calls.
- Coordinates the departmental and team event planning process as required.
- Supports the onboarding of new employees joining the team.
