- Conceptualize designs and carry out feasibility studies
- Prepare and present design proposals
- Develop design for schematic and design development stages
- Manage client and consultant stakeholders and engage in design meetings
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
- Exposure to high-rise residential projects is advantageous, though not required
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation
- Possesses strong creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CAD, 3D modelling, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape or equivalent)
