Overview

AIT Worldwide Logistics Dubai is seeking an Executive - Air Freight that will coordinate the day‑to‑day export and import of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the UAE based on customer requests. The primary focus is providing a high level of operational excellence and a world‑class customer service experience to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight operations for the energy vertical, ensuring efficient cargo handling, on-time shipment execution, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high service standards.
• Resolve operational challenges proactively, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless movement of shipments.
