Execution Specialist (Fixed Term Contract) (El Prat de Llobregat)

BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for an Execution Specialist. In this role, you will be in charge of the coordination of shipments with all the correspondent parties involved, the issuance of documents and distribution of shipment documents on time according to established policies and procedures; making sure all deadlines for each of the processes around Trade Operations are met.

Position type: Fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave with an immediate start. Candidates should be based in or near Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper execution of contracts and the vessels assigned, including documentation process from contract to final invoice and other related documents.
• Act as liaison with traders, brokers, port agents at origin and destinations, supervision companies, internal and external clients to ensure the smooth flow of information and execution between departments.
