Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and update excursion offers.
- Coordinate with field teams and operational stakeholders.
- Track operational performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure information accuracy and consistency.
Profile
- Experience as a Tourist Representative, Excursion Representative, Tour Guide, or in a similar tourism-related role.
- Strong knowledge of excursions and destination operations.
- Comfortable using modern digital tools and technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English.
