Exchange Associate (LBC)

Overview

On-site - Paranaque. No Experience Required. High/Senior High School. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Handle Product or Service Exchanges-Process requests for product exchanges, replacements, or adjustments according to company policies.
• Verify Items and Receipts- Check products, receipts, warranty, or documentation to ensure eligibility for exchange.
• Process Transactions- Enter exchange transactions in the system accurately and issue replacement items or credits.
• Maintain Records- Keep accurate records of exchanges, returns, and adjustments for reporting and auditing purposes.
• Monitor Inventory for Exchange Items- Ensure replacement items are available and properly documented in the inventory system.
