About the Role

Reporting to the Site Foreman, the Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of large civil construction and mining equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders. Primary duties include mass excavation, site preparation, road construction, and material moving on heavy civil and mining projects. This is a field-based position that will work on a rotational schedule where camp accommodations are provided. This role will be based out of Northern Ontario and/or Northern Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, and graders in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.
• Operate equipment using GPS or laser-guided systems for grading and excavation.
