Job Description
This role involves operating a 335 excavator on a new construction site on the southwest side of the city, primarily loading rock trucks with material and supporting earthworks activities. You will perform routine maintenance on the equipment, assist with erosion control and retaining wall work, and contribute to safe and efficient site operations as part of a small field crew.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 335 excavator to load rock trucks with dirt and other materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator, including greasing points, checking oil and fluid levels, and ensuring the machine remains in good working order.
- Set up, change, and secure bucket and other attachments as required for different tasks on site.
