The Role The EX Analyst supports the delivery of assigned work across customer employee survey programs by building and configuring surveys in the Perceptyx platform, running standard reports/outputs, and preparing accurate, customer-ready deliverables. Working closely with Consultants and Program Managers, you will translate quantitative and qualitative results into clear PowerPoint visuals and summaries, perform quality checks, and support outcomes/impact analysis in alignment with Perceptyx standards and customer requirements.
