• Incentive & Compensation Modelling: Able to understand and translate complex compensation plan rules (like quota tiers, overrides, splits, and accelerators) into logical, rule-based workflows.
• Financial Compliance (ASC 606): An understanding of accounting principles for amortizing and capitalizing commission expenses.
• Financial Modelling & Analytics: Capability to forecast the financial impact of commission changes (e.g., modeling payout caps or tier adjustments before rolling them out)
• Strong foundation in revenue operations and data architecture.
