Events Coordinator (St. Jacobs)

Overview

As an Events Coordinator, you will work closely with external vendors, venues, and suppliers to deliver an exceptional event experience for our various Dealer and Corporate events at Home Hardware Stores Limited. This role requires a critical thinker who is well organized, has outstanding time‑management skills, and is experienced in assessing event metrics and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Specialist with the planning and execution of major conferences and events such as Homecoming, Dealer Retail Symposium, Supplier Partnership Meetings, and Dealer Regional Meetings.
• Liaise with internal and external vendors (AV, catering, decor, staffing) to prepare quotes, RFPs, financial estimates, BEOs and floor plans for the assigned events.
