Events Assistant

Location: One North

Working Hours: 7am-4:30pm Mon-Fri

• Work closely with the Head chef and his team to understand the requirements of event and catering requirements
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, menu selection, and special requests
• Ensure maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Ensure legal requirements and standards related to Sodexo Food Safety Standards, Sodexo Food Nutritional Standards, and Workplace Safety and Health are implemented and adhered to during the entire operational processes related to Food Services and its scope of activities
• Perform any other food safety related tasks assigned, such as temperature monitoring of food, storage and equipment checks, taking food samples, and cleaning activities
