Job Description

A vacancy for Protocol & Events has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).

The mission is to manage and coordinate visits on Airbus facilities in Spain, mainly in the Centre sites (Getafe, Illescas, Albacete), and be project leader for internal and external events, whilst preparing the future and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the function:

• You are in charge for ensuring the effectiveness of communication, decision implementation and the company’s standard on Protocol and Events issues
• You also manage Customers and VIP visits within Airbus and off site facilities
• You are responsible to lead and ensure qualified and coherent internal and external events
• You have responsibilities in an extensive scope of transversal projects/assignments within the Protocol and Events function
