Event Team Manager

We are partnered with a fantastic global events business that are look for an experienced team leader to oversee a division of their events team. The role will oversee 10-12 members of staff, along with growing the team.

This role is perfect for you if are a natural leader with 8–10 years of experience in corporate event management, specifically within fast-paced environments. You will possess a unique blend of operational rigor and emotional intelligence. You don't just assign tasks; you mentor talent, resolve complex escalations with grace, and foster an atmosphere where creativity and efficiency thrive. You are comfortable navigating large-scale databases, managing cross-functional relationships, and adapting instantly to theneeds of a global environment.
