We are seeking an experienced Event Project Coordinator to assist in acquiring vendors, sponsors, and attendees for our upcoming event. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and marketing strategies.
Our event is May 14th, so it is critical for this person to spend the next 75 days helping to bring in sponsors, vendors and attendees. Also important for this person to have organizational skills to provide an action plan via an excel sheet or PM tool to keep our team up to date on progress.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Administrative Support, Social Media Marketing
Optional skills: Project Management, Marketing Strategy
