Job Description

Responsible for providing marketing support for National Account, Large Group and Group Retiree Solutions client events for a region, including health fairs, benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with designated client contacts to determine meeting options, objectives, strategies, design, and logistics to best support the client.
• Determine appropriate presentation content.
• Order and track all standard marketing collateral, promotional/raffle items and displays for events and ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Recruit from internal/external resource pools to find meeting facilitators for events.
• Manage meeting data, including meeting logistics, tracking of orders, recruitment of meeting facilitators, and capturing meeting feedback.
