Set among flowers, fields, andforest in the heart of wine country, The Brighthouse is a thoughtfully designed place to gather, celebrate, and slow things down in the best way. For the 2026 season, we specialize in weekend weddings that include a 2-night stay in our mid-century-adornedVictorian farmhouse, with exclusive access to the full 100-acre property and our renovated barn turned modernvenue. We intentionally host one wedding per week, with only rare occasions hosting two, allowing us to deliver ahighly considered, unhurried experience for every couple.We’re looking for a core team member to lead our client experience end-to-end, someone grounded in hospitalityand events, with strong organization skills and a calm, can-do approach. This role is about guiding clients throughthe process with clarity, confidence, and care, from first touchpoint through final farewell.
