Responsibilities
Set up the outdoor catering vertical for the bran d Client POC - Be the face of the brand in all client interactions from securing the event catering to crisis management to guest relation s Vendor Management - Select, negotiate with and on board suitable vendors for all the requirements of catering - crockery, cutlery,food ingredients, staff uniform, et c Staff Hiring & Management - Engage & employ agencies that provide service staff, hire manpower and train them end-to-end on client facing role s Inventory & Logistics management - Create SOPs for optimal inventory management, order logging & order flow management.
