Bricks & Brats Sdn Bhd is looking for Events Executive who will assist in planning, organizing and executing events that align with client's expectation. Additionally, the Event Executive are expected to also assist and prepare proposals and on-ground activation activities..
This position will be reporting to the Event Manager - Activation and will be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations and events.
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers and materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations and activation concepts.
- Handle on-ground event duties - registrations, set-up, client servicing and troubleshooting.
- Monitor timeliness and budgets under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and engagement strategies.
