Purpose of Position:

To delegate work to Cinema Sales Attendants and supervise the team to ensure high-quality work completion.

Authority:

To facilitate correct practices and provide instructions if performance expectations are not met. Any serious disciplinary issues are to be referred to the Cinema Manager. May warn and evict patrons if necessary.

Staff Management:

• Allocate tasks, responsibilities (such as Point of Sale, Choctop Production, Cleaning Duties, Bathroom Cleaning, Cinema Checks, Rubbish, Recycling), and equipment each shift.
• Inform staff about events, promotions, health and safety updates, and other relevant matters at the start of each shift.
• Assist Cinema Sales Attendants in handling difficult patrons to achieve resolution.
