About The Role

The EU Pricing Strategy Partner will support country teams to improve margin performance within the Endpoint Solution business. This role combines business acumen, pricing expertise, and technical capabilities to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive sustainable profitability improvements across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing Excellence: Support implementation of pricing frameworks, including all trade margin components to ensure accurate margin management and prevent leakage.
• Margin Optimization: Analyze country‑level performance, identify leakage points, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability.
• Data‑Driven Insights: Leverage SAP and other tools to extract, validate, and interpret data for decision‑making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with country profit managers, finance, and commercial teams to align on goals and deliver results.
