KONE is seeking a Performance & Reward Manager to support its Europe operations. You will ensure compliance and effective implementation of Reward and Performance frameworks, contributing significantly to KONE's pay transparency journey and management of incentives.

Your role will involve collaboration with HR leaders across markets, enhancing data analytics integration in Reward strategies, and participating in global initiatives, all while upholding KONE's commitment to competitive and fair practices. This is a 10-month fixed‑term assignment due to parental leave.
