The selected candidate will lead the MGA strategy across EMEA, driving profitable growth, and act as the key interface to ensure alignment with partners across markets. Leading international insurance company based in Madrid. Responsibilities Define and execute the MGA channel strategy (target markets, business lines, and partnerships). Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with key MGAs across EMEA. Oversee technical and financial performance of the portfolio (GWP, loss ratios, profitability). Ensure adherence to underwriting, pricing, and governance standards. Implement performance tracking frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, regular reviews). Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance). Lead due diligence and onboarding of new MGA partners.
