A Day in the Life User Support & Issue Resolution Respond promptly to user requests, perform diagnostics, resolve incidents, and elevate complex issues to appropriate support teams or vendors as needed.
Service Monitoring & Improvement Monitor service performance, analyze root causes of recurring issues, and lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Vendor & SLA Management Supervise EUC service providers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards for hardware repairs, software delivery, and support services.
Asset & Inventory Control Maintain accurate records of all end user assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and manage procurement, payments, and contract tracking for EUC tools.
