EUC Engineer

We are seeking a highly talented and skilled engineer to join our team as an End User Services Engineer. The team is responsible for the monitoring/supporting of our Windows infrastructure, Citrix VDI platform, SaaS platforms, and desktop applications as well as resolving direct technical issues across a global platform of end‑users including investment professionals, middle & back‑office employees, and technologists. This role is hands‑on and would allow the opportunity to work on both front‑end support as well as back‑end engineering while focused on continuously improving user experience. We expect innovative ideas and solutions regarding user experience to be the digital enabler for the business.
